Classic Residence by Hyatt in Boca is a Senior Living Community located in Boca Raton Florida that contains an Assisted Living Building. Daring by Design was responsible for the complete renovation of this project. The design program requirements were to re-design an existing 3 story building, with space planning and color scheme appropriate to assisted living. The carpet, wall finishes and much of the lighting was custom designed by Daring by Design. Their entire team was responsible for adhering to current building codes.

The Lobby is the centerpiece of the project, with accessible reception desk, water feature and comfortable seating. The Piano lounge provides a space for live entertainment. The Library is designed as a quiet haven for reading and relaxation. The Dining Room is exquisite in its attention to detail. The Private Dining Room is the perfect place for a small dinner party or birthday celebration.

Both the first and second floor includes corridors leading to resident apartments. The lighting and custom carpet is designed as way finding tools. The Second Floor Lounge is a space designed for relaxation. All apartments overlook a lovely green courtyard. Each floor has its own Nurse’s Stations, for the convenience of their residents.

Careful attention to detail was paid in the selection of finishes throughout the project. They are both luxurious to look at and easy to care for.
