Eastside at Aventura

Daring by Design, Inc. recently completed the Eastside at Aventura, a five story luxury condo, located on the Intercoastal Waterway, in Aventura, Florida.

The design was inspired by the colors within the fabric of the custom designed oval bench located in the lobby. Using this bench as the focal point, the terrazzo tile floors feature elliptical shapes, while the columns are highlighted in glass mosaic repeating the color scheme within a horizontal plane. The Party Room, which overlooks the pool deck and Intercoastal Waterway, was created in teal and lime.
